SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY — One Bite Chocolatte

Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Multan, Pakistan only. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Multan cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled with a full refund of any amount paid.

Delivery Charges
• Chocolattes (Long Bars, Mini Bars, Finger Bites, Cubic Delights, Heart Treats, Teddy Pops, and Custom Bars): FREE delivery anywhere in Multan.
• Cookies: Rs 200 delivery charge per order. Minimum cookie order value is Rs 250.
• Mixed orders (chocolattes + cookies): only the Rs 200 cookie delivery charge applies — chocolattes still ship free.

Delivery Time
All our products are freshly made to order. Orders are typically prepared and delivered within 1–3 working days. During peak seasons (Eid, wedding season, Valentine's), delivery may take slightly longer — we will confirm your delivery day on WhatsApp after you place your order.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call on the number provided at checkout. Please keep your phone reachable — chocolate melts, so we deliver only when someone is available to receive it.

Melting & Handling
Chocolate is temperature-sensitive. We deliver in protective packaging, but once handed over, please refrigerate promptly. We are not responsible for melting after successful delivery.
